What a great idea for sharing your knowledge through our web site -- make a video,

What do you use to do this? Software? Hardware?

Does there exist a video camera that takes digital video that then tranfers the video to a PC using USB?
(Or, how would I get video into my laptop, with no video conector?)

And do you have a reasonably priced video-editing software??

Please help me learn what to do.
